Quickest Rich Tomato Sauce for Pasta
200 – 250 g pasta or spaghetti
1 x bottle Rich Tomato Sauce
1 cup of black or green olives de-pipped and very roughly chopped
Half-cup chopped parsley
Grated parmesan cheese
Black pepper
- Heat Rich Tomato Sauce and olives together in pan. When simmering, add parsley and keep warm.
- Cook pasta according to instructions of packet – drain.
- Serve immediately with tomato sauce, topped with lots of grated parmesan cheese and plenty of freshly ground pepper. Serve with a green salad.
