Quickest Rich Tomato Caper/Olive and Feta Cheese Sauce for Pasta

200 – 250 g pasta
1 bottle Rich Tomato Sauce
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of well-drained capers
1/2 cup of roughly chopped olives
Half-cup chopped parsley
150 g feta cheese
Black pepper

  1. Heat Rich Tomato Sauce capers and olives together in pan, stirring gently. Simmer for 2 minutes and keep warm.
  2. Cook pasta according to instructions of packet – drain and toss through olive oil and shake pan.
  3. Place tomato sauce back on gentle heat, add feta cheese.
  4. Fold sauce through pasta and serve immediately, topped with chopped parsley and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Serve with a green salad.
