Orange Dressing for Fish

  1. Quarter cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 2tbsp Bitter Orange, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Combine all ingredients, warm through and drizzle over cooked fish – outstanding with scallops!
