Roast Chicken with Quince Sauce

  1. Melt 1 pot Golden Quince Fruit Pâté into the reduced, cooked juices of your chicken, take off the heat and add 1 – 3 tbsp of cream or yoghurt and throw in some sultanas and toasted blanched almonds or pine nuts.
  2. Serve on rice or with new potatoes and a fresh green salad.
