Mashed Parsnips with Quince Pâté or Lemon Splashing Syrup

  1. Peel and boil parsnips in water till soft.
  2. Drain and mash parsnips with butter, cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Add a dollop of Golden Quince Pâté or Lemon Splashing Syrup to taste and continue to mash till blended.
