Damson Semi-Freddo

Serves 4 people

1 Damson & Plum Fruit Pâté , 500 ml vanilla ice cream, 2 – 3 meringues
Whiz 1 Damson & Plum together with 500 ml good vanilla icecream.
Fold in some roughly chopped meringues and freeze.
Take out 5 minutes before serving.
Serve on its own or with a fruit salad.
