Quickest Dessert

200 ml cream, dark rum, Bitter Orange Splashing Syrup, shaved chocolate

1. Whip 200 ml cream till thick.
2. Add 1 – 2 teaspoons dark rum and 3 – 4 tablespoons Bitter Orange and whip to desired consistency.
3. Serve chilled in small glasses decorated with shaved chocolate.
4. Serves 4. Delicious with a fresh fruit salad too!
