Duck a L’Orange
2 duck breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper
1 cup Bitter Orange Splashing Syrup
2 tbsp orange zest
In a pan, sear the duck breasts over high heat. Cook the duck for about 9 – 11 minutes on each side. Pour warmed Bitter Orange Splashing Syrup over the cooked duck breasts and garnish with the remaining orange zest. Serve with creamy mashed potato and roast seasonal veges.
