Quickest Rich Tomato Caper/Olive and Feta Cheese Sauce for Pasta
200-250g pasta
1 x bottle Rich Tomato Sauce
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of well drained capers
1/2 cup of roughly chopped olives
Half cup chopped parsley
150g Feta Cheese
Black Pepper
- Heat Tomato sauce, capers and olives together in pan, stirring gently. Simmer for 2 minutes and keep warm
- Cook pasta according to instructions of packet - drain and toss through olive oil and shake pan.
- Place tomato sauce back on gentle heat, add feta cheese.
- Fold Sauce through pasta and serve immediately, topped with chopped parsley and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Serve with a green salad.
