Fresh Pomegranite and Quince Sauce

A fabulous fresh sauce for desserts or yoghurt.
  1. Simply halve a ripe pomegranate and scoop out the seeds (no need to be too careful) but take off any white pith which is bitter.
  2. Fold the beautiful red seeds into the Quince Splash till required consistency achieved.
  3. Keeps in the fridge for 2 -3 days.
