Orange Dressing for Fish
Serves 2 people.
2 - 4 pieces Firm White Fish or 10 Scallops, Fresh parsley, Garlic clove, Bitter Orange Splash, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper
- To make dressing, chop 1/4 cup fresh parsley, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 2 tablespoons Bitter Orange, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine all ingredients & warm through.
- Pan fry fish or scallops in olive oil or butter. Remove from pan and drizzle with dressing.
- Serve with a creamed potato and green salad. Decorate with wedges of fresh orange.
