New Cumberland Sauce
A spiced sauce made with Quince, Oranges, a hint of ginger and Port wine - based on an 18th Century recipe with a fresh and modern twist. Serve hot or cold.- Serve cold with cold ham.
- Serve hot with hot ham, pork, chicken or lamb.
- Use as a fabulous BBQ sauce with good sausages
- Serve with terrines and savoury pates. Particularly good with chicken liver pates
- Splash a little over vanilla icecream – it really is very good and different.
- Fantastic and also traditional with venison.
