New Cumberland Sauce
A spiced sauce made with Quince, Oranges, a hint of ginger and Port wine - based on an 18th Century recipe with a fresh and modern twist. Serve hot or cold.- Traditionally served hot or cold with ham and venison. Also delicious with pork, chicken and lamb.
- A fabulous BBQ sauce with sausages.
