Grilled Stone Fruit

  1. Cut peaches (or any stone fruit) in half, scatter with a little caster sugar and grill or fry in a little butter till lightly browned.
  2. Chill.
  3. Splash with Bitter Orange Splash and serve with Craime Fraiche. Very refreshing.
