Damson Semi-Freddo

Serves 4 people

1 Damson & Plum Fruit Pate, 500ml Vanilla Ice cream, 2 -3 meringues

  1. Whiz 1 Damson & Plum together with 500ml good vanilla icecream.
  2. Fold in some roughly chopped meringues & freeze.
  3. Take out 5 mins before serving
  4. Serve on its own or with a fruit salad.
