Damson & Plum Fruit Pate

The Damson is an ancient, small, wild plum from Damascus, whose strong taste makes this fruit pate a robust, mouthful of flavour. Excellent with soft and semi-soft cheeses.
  • Serve with cream, soft or semi soft cheeses. Also cheddar cheese or a strong blue cheese.
  • Spread a crostini with Damson and Plum. Place a piece of goat’s cheese on top and grill. Great with drinks or as a first course.
