Damson & Plum Fruit Pâté

The Damson is an ancient, small wild plum from Damascus. The distinctive taste makes this fruit pâté a robust, mouthful of flavour.
  • Wonderful with blue, cheddar and hard tasty cheeses. Also great with soft and semi-soft cheeses including goats' cheese.
  • Delicious with lamb and venison.
  • Spread a crostini with Damson and Plum. Place a piece of goats' cheese on top and grill. Great with drinks or as a first course.
  • Whizz into a litre of bought vanilla ice cream and keep frozen (see our recipes).
