Damson & Plum Fruit Pâté
The Damson is an ancient, small wild plum from Damascus. The distinctive taste makes this fruit pâté a robust, mouthful of flavour.- Wonderful with blue, cheddar and hard tasty cheeses. Also great with soft and semi-soft cheeses including goats' cheese.
- Delicious with lamb and venison.
- Spread a crostini with Damson and Plum. Place a piece of goats' cheese on top and grill. Great with drinks or as a first course.
